We describe our consulting style as ‘hands-on’ because quite simply that’s how we operate. We never make recommendations that we’re not prepared to deliver ourselves and we never ignore the real-life everyday operational context in which our recommendations need to be implemented.
There seems to be a myth that consultants can’t implement and implementers can’t consult. We beg to differ.
